To comply with local regulations and ensure the comfort of everyone, only guests listed in your reservation are permitted on the property. We do not allow outside visitors, events, or parties during your stay.
Please note: Violations will result in immediate forfeiture of your security deposit and any applicable fines from local authorities.

We love hosting small, well-behaved dogs!

A non-refundable pet cleaning fee applies per dog. Limit to one dog.

Dogs must be under a certain size and breed—please confirm before booking.

Pups must be crated when left unattended in the home.

To keep our space clean and cozy, we ask that dogs stay off all furniture.

We have a fully fenced yard perfect for exploring—but please keep pets off the hillside for safety.
All pet details must be shared in advance. Failure to disclose pet info may result in cancellation or additional charges.
